One Artist, Four Visions—The Art of Ruben Heredia

 One Artist, Four Visions is a mini-retrospective of the art of Ruben Heredia.

The drawings in this exhibit include four areas of study: The Mystery series, the Metamorphosis series, the Abstract works and the Mesoamerican Transformation series. In addition, some drawings, which are combinations of the above areas are also included.

Ruben Heredia is both an artist and a teacher of art who lives in the hills surrounding Butte College. He has received awards from several institutions, including the Redding Museum, Ball State University and the Crocker-Kingsley Museum.

Ruben completed his graduate studies at CSU Long Beach. His teaching experience includes full-time positions at Rio Hondo College and CSU Chico, and   part- time positions at CSU Chico and Butte College, where he has specialized in teaching drawing and
Figure drawing from beginning to graduate level classes.
