WCK provides meals at the frontlines of humanitarian, climate, and community crises worldwide guided by the belief that food is a universal human right. WCK has been active in the Middle East crisis since October 2023 and has resumed operations in Gaza since the April 1st attack that killed 7 of their team members. WCK has established field kitchens in Rafah and Deir al-Balah, where they have opened a center to support families fleeing from the north, as well as created a network of Palestinian-led community kitchens across Gaza.
