Philip Hartigan
Artist's Website An artist reflects on what makes an artist on this blog. Looking at art and the world from a slight angle at Praeterita - the blog Philip Hartigan is a UK-born artist currently living in Chicago. In his printmaking, sculpture, and short films, he deals with half-remembered narrative moments—both his own history, and the history of others. His work has been shown in many exhibitions on both sides of the Atlantic. In 2014, he will be one of the invited printmakers showing at the International Print Biennial in Douro, Portugal.
